What's New on the 2023 Jaguar XF?

The 2023 Jaguar XF is a sedan that successfully marries classic and contemporary design elements. The XF receives a few revisions for the new model year. Adaptive cruise control is now standard on all trims, and Amazon Alexa is now standard on the two highest tiers. Beautiful new tread plates are standard on the upper two trims as well.

The XF also takes on a more aggressive look in R-Dynamic SE trim. Nineteen-inch wheels, R-Dynamic branding, and tasteful black accents define this vehicle. A Black Exterior Styling Package is also available. Additionally, you can use this Jaguar as a family vehicle thanks to its spacious backseat that can comfortably fit adults.

History of the Jaguar XF

After revealing the C-XF concept in January 2007 at the North American International Auto Show, the Jaguar XF was officially unveiled in 2007 at the Frankfurt Motor Show. As a replacement for the Jaguar S-Type, the XF was developed at Jaguar's Whitley design and development HQ in Coventry and was built at the Castle Bromwich Assembly facility. The XF formally hit the market for the 2009 model year as a luxury sports sedan. In 2010, in its second year of production, Jaguar added new trim options, including the XF Premium and the XF Supercharged model that featured a 5.0-liter V8 supercharged engine. Along with new trims, the 2010 XF featured sound-proof materials that resulted in a quieter cabin. The following year, the XF received a larger engine, a suspension and throttle logistics system known as Jaguar Drive Control Dynamic mode, along with an optional heated windshield. In 2012, the exterior styling of the XF was enhanced with the addition of new headlamps and taillights, along with interior trim updates. This year also saw the addition of a touchscreen interface, a new sound system and adaptive cruise control.
